Description:
There are nine blocks to this quilt. African and traditional fabrics
were used in the sample. Included with the quilt pattern is a pattern
for a small stuffed zebra.
WALL HANGING
Fabric Requirements:
#1 - 1 1/4 yd - Block B (centers and corners), borders
#2 -    3/8 yd - Block A (centers and outer star points)
#3 -    1/4 yd - Block B (4 inner corners), border corners
#4 -    3/8 yd - Block A (inner star), Block B (squares on point)
#5 -    5/8 yd - Block A (large triangles), Block B (diamonds)
#6 -    5/8 yd - Block A (corners & med. triangles) and
Block B (small triangles)
- 1/2 yd - binding
- 3 yd    - backing and batting

ZEB THE ZEBRA
Fabric Requirements:
A - 2/3 yd - body
B - 1/8 yd - hooves, inner ear and tail
14" marabou (feather boa) for mane
felt scraps (white and black) for eyes, fiberfill, fabric
glue, spray fabric stiffener for mane
